Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by bde22 at https://bde22.io (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bde22 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bde22 website accessible at https://bde22.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is aged 21 years or older.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account, subject to wagering requirements and conditions as specified in the applicable promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, or any other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the only currency accepted on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures conducted by bde22 in accordance with applicable policies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• The funds you deposit on the Platform are not derived from any illegal or unlawful activity.

3. Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money games on bde22, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or use fictitious details.
• bde22 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Account registration is free of charge. No fee is levied by bde22 for creating an Account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account password. You must notify bde22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4. Account Verification

bde22 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its KYC procedures. Verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable verification documents include:

• A valid national identity card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• A valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• A driving licence with photograph issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).
• Recent utility bills or bank statements (dated within 90 days) confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.

Until verification is complete, bde22 may, at its discretion, restrict certain account functions including withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension. All documents provided to bde22 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the Platform are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank internet banking, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards.
• Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
• bde22 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply transaction fees independently of bde22; such fees are your responsibility.
• bde22 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used must be registered in your own name and must match the details on your bde22 Account.
• bde22 reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their Account subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold are not processed.
• Withdrawals are made exclusively to the same payment method and account details used to make the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one to four hours for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one business day for bank transfers, provided that KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily.
• bde22 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Processing fees imposed by the receiving payment service provider are outside bde22's control.
• bde22 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where fraud is suspected, where KYC verification is outstanding, or where an active investigation is under way on the relevant Account.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that meet wagering requirements may be converted to withdrawable balance.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

bde22 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• A wagering requirement (also called a "rollover requirement") must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms and is typically between 15x and 35x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are credited to a dedicated bonus balance and are used after real-money funds are exhausted, unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets may contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; casino slots may contribute between 50% and 100%; live casino games may contribute between 10% and 25%. Exact contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• Bonuses expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• bde22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will not be disadvantaged by changes made after their opt-in, subject to bde22's reasonable discretion.

• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. It is not available to Players who have previously held an Account on the Platform under any identity.

8. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on bde22:

• A bet is confirmed only once it has been accepted by the bde22 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that display an error message at placement are not valid.
• Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• bde22 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. bde22 is not responsible for delays or errors in third-party data feeds and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• For cricket matches that are abandoned, cancelled, or reduced in overs due to weather or other external factors, bde22 applies the rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) to determine settlement. Specific market rules are published on the Platform.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. bde22 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion.
• Bets placed on events in which the Player has a personal interest that could affect the integrity of the event are prohibited. Any such bet, if identified, will be voided and the Account will be subject to review.

9. Casino & Game Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games and other non-sports gaming products offered on bde22:

• All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The integrity and fairness of game outcomes are governed by the respective provider's certification.
• A player's theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel. bde22 does not guarantee that any individual player will achieve the stated RTP in any given session.
• In the event of a software malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by the game server log. If a conclusive outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum bet limits per hand or per spin are enforced by the game software. Players should review these limits before commencing play.
• Free spins and other game-specific bonus features granted as part of a promotion are subject to any maximum win cap stated in the promotion terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Creating more than one Account, or accessing the Platform using the Account of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption in relation to any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or interferes with other players' enjoyment of the service.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions, including coordinated wagering by groups of individuals designed to extract bonus value without genuine betting intent.

bde22 reserves the right to void bets, forfeit funds, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct. bde22 further reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

bde22 may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Request from a Player for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, which will be deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five business days, provided that no outstanding KYC or investigation matters are pending.

12. Intellectual Property

14. Responsible Gaming

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which bde22 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through bde22's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. bde22's internal complaints procedure requires that all disputes be submitted in writing to [email protected] in the first instance. bde22 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
